We care about your experience and we believe every guest deserves our full and undivided attention. Therefore, we have created some effective Salon Policies to ensure you will receive the best service possible. We are grateful for your business and we look forward to serving you in the future.

Cancellations

We understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary, however we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. 

No-call/no-show reservations will not be allowed to reschedule.

Service Adjustments 

Our goal is that you love your look. Please contact the Salon within 3 days of your service(s) for any changes that you require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer full exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs.

Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product.

Inclement Weather

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to bad weather.

These appointments will have priority among rescheduling.
